Yes, all my services are provided virtually via Zoom or over the phone. As a mother, I know you don’t need one more place to be. So I make it easy for you. And while carving out time during a nap or when your kids are away might be ideal, I know that the role of a mother is 24/7, so please know babies and breastfeeding are welcome on our calls.
No, you do not. I work with clients from day 1 up to 4+ years postpartum. While many think of postpartum as just the first 6 weeks, it actually extends much longer—postpartum is really a lifelong journey. Unrealistic timeframes can be harmful, so ongoing support is crucial for truly thriving in motherhood. Additionally, I also help clients in their third trimester to prepare for postpartum, ensuring a smoother transition and a more empowered experience.
